Designed for mid to large sized organizations, the Business Excellence Snapshot gives a preliminary overview of the status of your business relative to the EFQM Business Excellence Model. This survey should be ideally be conducted after you have done a preliminary review of the Business Excellence criteria with your team, using the downloadable BUSINESS EXCELLENCE SNAPSHOT GUIDE.
On completion of the BE Snapshot, you will be sent a 15 page report with your results and rating according to the EFQM scoring model.
