SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Following your Free Consultation, your Consultant will draft a Service Agreement. All Global Consulting Services will be framed within a Service Agreement. Your Service Agreement will detail the Services to be delivered; the fees and the method and schedule of payment.

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES

This outlines which Services will be included in your Program. For example: Business Audit, Customer Surveys, Business Plans etc. and outlines the dates for delivery for each service. Each service and related tasks are recorded in our time sheet and billing system.

PROGRAM FEES (Indicative)

Service Fees are assigned to each element in a program. Fees are dependent on the following:

- The service to be delivered;
- The number of participants and systems users;
- The duration of the Program;

Total annual fees for a ELITE PROGRAM will typically range between: $20,000 and $50,000 per annum.

CONSULTATION RATES

A base level Virtual Consultation rate of US$60 per hour is applicable to all our services. This equates to a rate of $1.00 per minute. Global Consulting offers this rate in direct competition with normal face-to-face consultations rates of $150 per hour.

EXPENSES

Additional expenses which are not include in your service agreement include:

Communication - phone and email communication  to us are at client expense. For phone consultation, we call you. We use SKYPE technology where viable, and request clients to download SKYPE to enable cost effective phone and video calls;
Printing and Stationery - all materials used in sessions will be downloadable as PDF files. No printed material will be forwarded to clients;

FREE RESOURCES

All clients have a number of free accounts for our Client Resource Center providing access to 5000 plus articles, white papers, worksheets, templates, and toolkits to assist in managing your business;

BILLING AND PAYMENT

Service can be paid using PAYPAL or by bank transfer. Monthly Payments must be received in advance as per the Service Agreement. Programs are scheduled in stages, and your monthly payments will relate to services to be delivered. A percentage of each monthly bill is held over until the service is completed, and rendered in the following monthly account when completed. this ensures that you do not pay full consultation fees for services until after they are completed.

QUALITY CONTROL

At Global Consulting, we apply rigorous quality control of all service programs. You will be able to contact us at any time if you have a a query or concern about service delivery. Our response time for any concern will be <48 hours.

CANCELING YOUR AGREEMENT

Although we recommend all agreements are scheduled for one calendar year, you will be free to cancel at any time with one month's notice.
