E-Coaching Program
Global Executive Coaching and Consulting Services are designed to deliver all the benefits of on-site consulting at a fraction of the costs. We enable this using technologies which are accessible globally, and present no added technology costs to the client. Contracting with us simple and involves no initial payment by the client.
GETTING STARTED
The first step is to define your needs. You will probably have clarity on your goals, but may not be sure what you need to do to achieve them. To begin this process, we offer a free Initial Consultation Session in which our consultant will call you and work through an initial review of your goals, and priorities.

CONSULTATION CONTRACTS AND SERVICE FEES
On agreement to proceed with a consultation program, you will receive a detailed an initial Service Agreement Proposal. This proposal allows a great deal of flexibility on your part in terms of duration, and inclusions and exclusions of services.
Fees are determined based on the scope and duration of engagement , and the number of participants. Your consultant will provide you with a formal proposal outlining deliverables, schedule and all fees and costs.
Payment is required monthly, and is normally made through Paypal, or direct bank transfer. You will receive a monthly account statement services completed and consulting hours billed.
WORKING WITH YOUR CONSULTANT
When you and your team contract with Global Consulting, you are supported by a comprehensive Client Management System which ensures successful implementation of your Consulting Program. Your consultant will provide you with guidelines on using this system and specifically in reference to:
COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Managing communication is Central to Virtual consulting We use Skype and other Internet telephony systems (video and voice) to deliver value for money phone communications. We also use web conferencing to enable group-wide communication on projects.
VIRTUAL PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
We use Collaborative Project management Portals to enable milestone and task monitoring, group discussion forums (blogs), and on-line progress reports to review resources and deliverables management. Each client will be allocated a dedicated Extranet Portal. Your Portal will provide you with:
- Tracking of progress of your goals, task and those of any team members in your Project group;
- On-demand Reporting of progress against goals and tasks;
- Your personalized dashboard with all of your tasks, goals, contacts, and related documents, and associated databases related to your Project;
VIRTUAL BUSINESS PLANNING
Global-Cn works with a number of established SaaS providers in the field of business and strategic planning. Using these services within our Project Management system enables us to rapidly develop Business Planning solutions for you, and ensures that you have consistent best practices solutions. Services include

TEAM MOBILIZATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY MANAGEMENT
We establish virtual teams using our Project management systems, and enable collaboration across boundaries and territories to achieve Project Goals. We also ensure clarity of Consultant and team roles and enable the project sponsor to continually monitor deliverables.
CONSULTATION SESSIONS MANAGEMENT
Virtual consultation sessions require preparation by your consultant and yourself. We recommend for your first and subsequent sessions, you:
· Ensure your mobile is on silent;
· Let someone know you are in a meeting for that consultation duration;

· Have paper and pen handy for note taking;
