FOUNDATIONS OF LEADERSHIP
In this highly practical course, you will learn how to move beyond supervison, to the leadership of your people.  You will learn about the different leadership styles, and to select the style which best fits your personal needs, and business contexts (situational leadership). You will learn how to motivate your people using a range of motivational theories and empowerment tools, to achieve success.  You wll also learn how to define your team's direction and inspire your people to follow. You will also learn how to create a strong performance focus with your business, and how to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Using the Kouzes and Posner Leadership Practices Inventory™, as a sefl-assessment framework, leaders will be able to map out their personal development plans, and business imrpovment strategies. You will receive 1-2-1 coaching and support from your Global Coach on developing and applying your action plan throughout the course.
