SURVEY PROCESS

The Global Performance Leadership Survey combines:

  • Self-Assessment - by the manager of his or her individual competencies, and compared with global benchmarks; and
  • Peer-Assessment - by co-workers selected by the manager, to include members of the team, and his or her manager.
Surveys are conducted on-line, through our secure Leadership Database. An administrators guide is provided, and a Global Consultant will work closely with your appointed Coordinator to administer the survey.

The normal time frame from engagement to provision of Organizational Summary Report is 21 days. Individual Manager Reports are available shortly after completion of the survey.

REPORTS

A comprehensive summary report is provided of the overall Leadership Profile of your organization, with generic analysis of Perception Gaps (peer versus self-assessment) provided. Generic benchmarks are also provided.

As the Performance Leadership Survey is intended to enable individual manager assessment, the primary focus of reporting is providing the individual manager with insight into their personal status. Individual and confidential reports are provided for each participating manager. Managers can choose to share their reports with others in the organization, or not. Each report is accompanied by a comprehensive interpretation guide, enabling the manager to gain full insight into improvement opportunities.

In planning for improvement. Each participating manager is provided with a Performance Leadership Action Planning Toolkit. Each participating manager will also have access to the Global Leadership resource Center with 1000's of articles and guide to Leadership improvment.
