In this second course in the global Supervision Skills Program, we look at the assigning managing of work. You will learn how we can delegate successful, and control the work activity to ensure standards and desired outcomes are achieved.

 High Performance Teams 1 - Building Your Team
For businesses today, effective teamwork can be the single most critical factor in determining commercial success.  Managing Employee Performance Reviews
For managers, one of the most challenging aspects of the work is the performance review meeting. This short face-to-face interview is so often the source of conflict, and lasting disappointment, that many managers seek to avoid it altogether. The techniques required to manage the performance interview, are not; however, difficult to master. Good review sessions need to be planned, and structured in such a way as to enable free flow and open exchange of feedback, and opinions. This course will provide managers  with the process and tools to help meet this challenge.
