| PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP SURVEY Global Consulting's Performance Leadership Survey provides managers with an in depth analysis of their leadership competence as determined by (a) self-assessment, and (b) peer (360 degree) assessment. By measuring individual manager behaviour and knowledge in competencies which today's Business Leaders nurture, you wil be able to plan for the creation of a Performance Leadership Culture in your Organization. In deploying the Performance Leadership Survey, you will be introducing a Performance Improvement Program which combines 100 days, and 300 day Progress Reveiws for each manager, and access to our Leadership Resource Center; and, if required, support from our Performance Coaches.
