Our detailed report (1) provides analysis of your status in respect of these dimensions (2) and enables understanding of how your culture is affecting performance, and (3) provides guidance on how to realign or tune your management practices and processes build a high performance culture. | PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP SURVEY Global Consulting's Performance Leadership Survey provides managers with an in depth analysis of their leadership competence as determined by (a) self-assessment, and (b) peer (360 degree) assessment. By measuring individual manager behaviour and knowledge in competencies which today's Business Leaders nurture, you wil be able to plan for the creation of a Performance Leadership Culture in your Organization. In deploying the Performance Leadership Survey, you will be introducing a Performance Improvement Program which combines 100 days, and 300 day Progress Reveiws for each manager, and access to our Leadership Resource Center; and, if required, support from our Performance Coaches.
